Otways Limoncello & Soda
Keep it simple. Perfect as a refreshing afternoon aperitif!
30 – 60mls Limoncello
Top with soda or mineral water
Add lemon and a sprig of rosemary
Get a tall glass and put four cubes of ice and mix everything together, pour into glass and put in lemon and the thyme and stir. Cheers!
