Original Gin & Tonic
This one is for the purists and ladies of a certain age!
50mls Forrest Gin
Tonic water for topping up
Slice of lemon or lime
Pour the gin into a highball glass over ice cubes and top up glass with the tonic water. Add lemon or lime wedge. Serve with a stirrer.
