What are the best ways to enjoy our product?

Store out of direct sun light, as it affects the colour. All products can be enjoyed easy over ice, but can be extended with a cold filtered carbonated water or a good quality tonic like Capi or Fever Tree. alternatively you can shake a cocktail or two, for some more ideas head to our cocktails page

Where is the distillery?

We use our still in Melbourne currently as we search for the right site in the Otways to set up down here as I couldnt afford all the money to set up a commercial distillery when i was playing around at the start. So I take all the fruit and botanicals which we prep in the Otways and then drive down to Melbourne to process and then hand bottle and label them and drive them back. But one day we will have a shed in the Otways...

preservative and colourant free?

I wanted our products to be clean and pure, and not using dirty preservatives etc. So they are good for people like who are sensitive to sulphites etc.
