At Otways Distillery, we’re all about locally-sourced Otways produce and foraged ingredients. Whether we are selecting fresh flavours from vineyards, farms, orchards and gardens or searching for sublime tastes in bushland, we want you to enjoy the journey with every sip.

Just open one of our bottles and take a sip. Savour. Sip again. What do you taste?

Can you pick up a hint of peppermint gum? Rosemary? Lemons? You must have a glass of Forrest Gin in your hand, with the flavours sourced from both bush and garden.

Or are apple, cinnamon, cardamom and juniper berries dancing on your tongue? That’s our Spiced Apple Gin. We use apple cider from nearby Gellibrand’s Glen Loch Apple Farm for this delicious fruity gin. The spices lift it to another level.

So how’s the treasure hunt going? Perhaps it’s leading you in another direction towards the citrus tones of Arty’s Vodka, with lemon, grapefruit and orange?

Or can your tastebuds recognise a smorgasbord of berries? Otways Berrycello – with brambleberries, blackberries and raspberries from the hinterland – is a welcome addition to the search for quality flavours from the region.
